Case Manager II – (1 position open)
New Hope CDU, LLC is an innovative and growing Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring Provider with two residential facilities. We are seeking an organized, energetic individual with a bachelor’s degree in education or a behavioral health related field. Must be able to work independently and have good organizational skills. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and has solid communication skills and the ability to address and resolve issues without conflict.
Individual must be able to maintain quality files that meet federal, state law, ODMHSAS regulations, and CARF requirements. New Hope can provide housing for someone that wants to commute from OKC or the surrounding area. Salary depends on experience with starting salary at $27,000 per year. Benefits include traditional vacation, holidays and health insurance.
